The stools in the waiting area at the train station at Limoges were tall, metal and very cold. I placed a shawl on the seat and sat to wait for my train to take me back to Paris. The joy of a busy railway station in France in late Winter. The Pigeons were strutting and cooing, hanging around seeking food. I didn’t have much time so I took a little sketchbook and one pencil. A good allrounder, the 4B.
