A new series of work emerged in 2016 as I continued working on the surface of water using oil paint. I would wait for a still, early hot morning without wind to do this work. I would paint with my hands on the water after placing the oil gently onto the surface. When it was just right I placed the prepared canvas onto the painting. Beautiful. I have always been a fan of David Bowie.
